Disney Christmas 2018 At Pavilion KL

Disney Christmas - Pavillion KL

When you arrive at the main entrance of Pavillion KL, this scene above greets you. Every year is different. Last year was “Christmas In The Air“ while 2016 was Swarovski Crystal Christmas.
I can say that each year, there’s always something special.

Pavillion KL mall is one of the malls I have high expectations when it comes to coming up with a unique and lavish decorations based on the time of the year and the celebration.

It’s a huge place to fill and decorations can easily be overwhelming financially. Good thing sponsors come to the rescue. This year based on what I saw, It is Disney. With 90 years anniversary of Mickey, they have the opportunity to highlight Mickey all throughout the mall. You can see them everywhere along the vicinity of the mall.

People always flock this mall during weekends so if you don’t want to go there on a packed day, better go on weekdays.

Highlighting Mickey’s 90th Birthday, they have a large number of Mickey mouse in all forms and sizes.

Just gorgeous!

And that’s not even the end of it. The most wonderful part I appreciated more was the 1,000 small Mickey miniatures formed into a Christmas tree. They were designed by Malaysians.

Look how detailed they are. Feast your eyes on these 1000 Mickeys forming a Christmas tree. Aren't they awesome?  Look how detailed they are. Feast your eyes on these 1000 Mickeys forming a Christmas tree. Aren’t they awesome?

You’ll just be amazed when you visit this area in Pavillion KL. The sheer amount of creativity and the elegance of the decorations. This has to be one of the best Malaysian Christmas decorations in 2018 so far.

Here are the names of the thousand Malaysians who designed the Mickeys forming the Christmas tree.  Here are the names of the thousand Malaysians who designed the Mickeys forming the Christmas tree.

I will be visiting other big malls in KL and will do blogposts for each one before the year ends. Stay tuned.
